Chicken Joe's Rotisserie

What an amazing place to eat! We fancied having a different meal for a dinner and we checked where we can have chicken bbq. Fortunately, we found this restaurant who does rotisserie.The staff are very welcoming but not on your face welcoming. They are genuinely lovely people who just wants their guests to enjoy what they offer from the menu. The yucatan fries waa out of this world! The chicken was flavoursome and tender. The shrimp tacos was tasty too! And to finish our meal, we had the passion fruit cheesecake was the perfect end to a lovely meal.The have a simple menu but always a believer that the simpler the menu the better food they could offer!

Delicious fish tacos with lots of flavour! The staff was so nice and friendly and they had some great music playing too. Highly recommend if you’re in Santa Teresa.

Be prepared for NYC-priced chicken here but honestly the chicken is so we love this spot. Also shoutout to Yuca fries and the BBQ sauces. The rotisserie chicken is the only entree you should get on the menu (not the fried rice). My friends also liked the ceviche

We absolutely loved the food and the warm, welcoming family that runs this restaurant! Having tried nearly every spot in Santa Teresa, this is by far our favorite. The cheesecake is unforgettable (you really just have to order it to understand!). If you’re ever in the area, this place is an absolute must.

Food is fresh and well seasoned, it tastes delicious. The personnel are authentic and friendly, one feels welcome in that great atmosphere. From the chef to all the other staff members everyone is kind and will make you feel like at home. They don't offer 100 dishes, which is great because they focus on a view, we haven't tried them all yet, but the tacos and casado (best veggies incl. yuca chips on a casado plate in the town) are great. Portions are generous. Tables and seats are clean, not so common for places close to a street.I loved that they have chicken Joe as a logo everywhere . The people in this restaurant came to Santa Teresa for nature and waves, not to make crazy money like some are currently trying in 2022. Chicken Joe's is closed every Tuesday for SURFING , I mean if that is not the vibe, then I don't know what is. We bought a Chicken Joe's T-shirt as they look great and we want to have another memory with us . See you soon guys.

Such a great random stop on our walk. We got the fish tacos with the fries - it was all very good and fresh. He brought out this hot sauce to try and let me tell you it was the BEST! I was sad it was over and wish I would’ve gotten some of that sauce to go. Loved it. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

I would give this local gem 10 stars if I could. The chicken was so juicy and the chimichurri sauce was excellent with it. The fish tacos and yuka fries were really fresh. Their homemade hot sauce is just right amount of spice and flavor. So so good.

Walked down to this spot as we had heard good things about it. The server Oscar was so lovely, getting us waters as it had been a super long walk and we were very got! We ordered some rotisserie chicken and shrimp salad and the food was absolutely amazing, the best we had during our stay in Santa Teresa. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting, thank you Oscar and everyone!
